The Vinyl technician is responsible for applying vinyl graphics on primarily flat surfaces and form part of a multidisciplinary team. You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude and an eye for detail. Signage experience in the industry is preferred however initial training will be provided.
as a VINYL TECHNICIAN at Knight Signs, you will:
Transfer the vinyl design on the material/substrate (weed and mask vinyl / vinyl lamination / vinyl application)
Exercise care to ensure no damage to the finished product
Identify and communicate potential problems to the team
Equipment Maintenance – housekeeping of work area & maintaining inventory
Candidates with the following would be a good fit:
Has good eyesight, nimble fingers, likes precision work & pays attention to detail
Ability to lift 50 pounds and carry at least 15 feet; ability to stand, squat and stoop for extended periods of time
Independent but also a team player
1-2 years of decal or sign experience preferred but can be trained
Proficient English language abilities, both written and verbal.
